Local Elected Leadership Institute (LELI)

The Local Elected Leadership Institute provides a confidential peer support space for newly elected leaders to navigate the challenges and complexities of being in local office.   

In partnership with two national organizations, Local Progress (LP) and the Progressive Governance Academy (PGA), we introduce a dual track curriculum on governance, policy support, and leadership development coupled with Sage Leaders’ peer support model. This partnership brings together national policy experts and local community leaders to provide participants with the tools and relationships they need to pass progressive policies at their various levels of government.
